Shutter Speed and Motion 2

I think that the major problem I had was trying to get the focus on the second picture. The first picture was able to come out pretty well as far as manipulating the shutter speed. Something I need to keep paying attention to is the focus of the picture, but I also ran into this issue when we were taking shots of the slinky in class.
